WARNING!
•
ALWAYS install the inner washer before placing cutting wheel on arbour. Failure
to do so could cause an accident since the wheel will not tighten properly.
• NEVER use cutting wheels that have openings, grooves, or teeth on this tool.
CAUTION:
When fitting, make sure that the cutting wheel is placed correctly on the inner
washer. The inner washer can be moved freely on the arbour and has a section
for holding the internal hole of the cutting wheel. The hole of the outer washer
is not round and is used for the interlocking connection with the arbour.
WARNING!
Be sure to observe the rotational direction of the cutting wheel when fitting! Be
sure to observe the free-wheeling of the cutting wheel when fitting!

•
Place cutting wheel (13) onto arbour with arrows on the
cutting wheel pointing to the front of saw (in the
counter-clockwise direction). Replace the outer washer
(24). The double “D” flats on washers align with flats
on arbour. Replace arbour nut (25) on arbour.
•
Using hook wrench (21) and angle wrench (22), tighten
arbour nut securely.
•
Loosen and remove the screw (27) and washer (28) from
the riving knife (14).

Loosen screw (23) and pull off lower blade guard (19).
•
Place hook wrench (21) to two holes on outer washer
(24), then place angle wrench (22) onto arbour nut (25).
•
Holding hook wrench (21) firmly to prevent the outer
washer (24) from moving, push the angle wrench (22)
to the front of the saw (in counter-clockwise direction)
to loosen arbour nut (25).
•
Remove arbour nut (25) and outer washer (24), leaving
the inner washer (26) on the arbour.
