ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
KNOW YOUR WET TILE SAW
4 1/2” (11.5 cm) Cutting wheel:
A 4 1/2” (11.5 cm) cutting wheel is included with your wet tile saw.
Bevel table:
Bevelled 45° cuts can be made using the bevel table.
Mitre guide:
The mitre guide is fully adjustable for diagonal cuts and mitre cuts.
Rip guide:
Rip guide is fully adjustable for making cross cuts and using the mitre guide.
Upper blade guard:
The upper blade guard prevents accidental contact with the cutting wheel and stops workpiece parts
and cooling water from being flung out. The upper blade guard must always be mounted during the operation
and can be lowered to the workpiece.
Lower blade guard:
The lower blade guard prevents accidental contact with the cutting wheel and stops workpiece parts and cooling
water from being flung out.
Riving knife:
The riving knife prevents a workpiece from being caught by the cutting wheel and being hurled at the operator.
The riving knife must always be mounted during operation.
Front and rear rip guide scales:
The front and rear rip guide scales show distance from the rip guide to the cutting wheel.
Locking levers:
The locking levers are located on two ends of the rip guide to release or lock the rip guide with respect to the
work table.
