Set Date Time
The
Set DateTime
button function lets you manually set the time and date for the
clock. This function may be most useful for lab situations as the clocks keep time
via their internal precision oscillator and real-time clock when time code is not
present. The time can either be set to the time of the PC or a manual time and date
can be entered.
[Note: When the clock has access to a valid time code source, information
obtained via timecode will immediately overwrite any manually established
time/date.]
Practical use of this feature requires the clock to be removed from the time code
source.
[Note: for the purpose of refreshing its internal clock, the clock assumes the time
entered is UTC. Any configured time zone/daylight time settings will then be applied
to this time for display purposes.]
