5.2.3
Installing the primary cleaner
1.
First remove the primary cleaner cartridge from the mainframe
as described below:
•
Open the pin hitch (1, Fig. 3) and pull it out for this purpose.
•
Then pull the primary cleaner cartridge (4, Fig. 3) from the
hollow spring dowel sleeve (2, Fig. 3).
2.
Remove the two spring bushings of the spring tensioners from
the flange brackets.

NOTE
Observe the following steps when using the spring tensioning
device. Observe the relevant steps in the installation manual of the
tensioner when using the MARTIN
®
TWIST
™
tensioner.
