Check power connections. 

Ground fault protection circuit 
breaker (RCD) has tripped.

Reset RCD. If problem 
persists, test and if necessary 
replace the RCD, or reduce 
the number of fixtures

Problem on analog control 
link.

Check controller, cables and 
connections. Repair or replace 
as necessary.

Luminaires do not respond
