Elapsed Time Counter Command (ETC) INPUT:

This command shall be sent to the display to read the amount of time on the Elapsed Time

Counter. No data shall be sent with this command.
The display shall reply to this command with an ACK attention code. The data field shall be

set to a 5 byte string with the MSB byte transmitted first. Each byte has a range of 0 to 9 for

a maximum time of 99999 hours.
