2. TRAMPOLINE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•
All trampoline users have to be supervised, regardless on their age and experience.
• Safety instructions for the trampoline should always be taken into account and
observed.
• Never perform somersaults. A bad fall on the trampoline may cause injury, espe-
cially to your neck, back or head, which could lead to paralysis or death.
• Only ever one person may use the trampoline!
• The trampoline must be checked before each use to confirm it’s not damaged,
worn out or there are no defective components, otherwise the entire safety of
the trampoline is placed into question. Damaged, worn or defective components
need to be immediately replaced. Before replacement, no one should use the
trampoline.
• Do not wear clothes with hooks or parts which may be caught while jumping.
• The trampoline must be placed on flat ground – on a surface which does not slip.
• Strong wind may turn the trampoline over. If you expect strong winds, you have
to put the trampoline into a safe place or fix it to the ground with ropes and an-
chors. Hook anchoring is insufficient, as they could be torn out.
• Try to avoid moving the assembled trampoline, as it could be bent during its
transport or other damage could be caused. In the event that the trampoline has
to be moved, consider the following: at least four people should lift the trampo-
line from the ground, the trampoline must be moved horizontally, if the frame
bends, try to straighten it with four people.
• A trampoline is equipment for jumping, providing the user with the possibility to
jump to extraordinary heights and using different body movements. Collisions
with the frame, spring covers or too much load on the trampoline may cause in-
jury.
• Users should be familiarized with this manual. This manual contains assembly in-
structions, certain safety measures and recommendations for trampoline servi-
cing and maintenance to enable a safe and pleasant trampoline operation.
• The owner or supervising person shall be held responsible for making sure that
all the trampoline users are sufficiently informed about the space around for
the purpose of safety.
• Never use it close to water and leave sufficient space around the trampoline due
to safety.
• Beware of moving parts, which may catch arms and legs.
• Never fix any other items to the trampoline.
• Do not allow anyone or anything to move under the trampoline when there is
someone jumping on it. The jumping zone is flexible and bends under the weight
of a jumping person, therefore it may cause serious injury to the person below.
• Observe all the safety rules and become familiarized with the information in the
user manual.
• The trampoline may only be used if the jumping zone is clean and dry. A worn out
or damaged zone should be immediately replaced.
• Items, which could be dangerous during use, have to be removed from the zone
before jumping.
• Do not allow unauthorized use of the trampoline.
• Never use the trampoline under the influence of alcohol or drugs (or medical
drugs).
