Configuring the 802.1x Protocol
c In the
Private key password
field, enter the password for the private key. This
password is required by the computer to decrypt the private key uploaded on the
camera.
d In the
CA Certificate
section, click
Browse
, navigate to the folder where the public
certificate (released by a Certification Authority) is stored, select it, and then click
Open
.
e In the
Client Certificate
section, click
Browse
, navigate to the folder where the
public key for the client certificate is stored, select it, and then click
Open
.

In the
Private key
section, click
Browse
, navigate to the folder where the private
key for the client certificate is stored, select it, and then click
Open
.
g Click the
Save
button to save and apply the changes.

To use
TTLS
authentication:
a Select
EAP TTLS
from the
Protocol
list.
b Select the internal authentication mode from the
Inner Auth
list.
c Enter valid credentials in the
Username
and
Password
fields.
d Enter your name and domain in the
Anonymous ID
field.
Note:
Only the domain information is sent.
e In the
CA Certificate
section, click
Browse
, navigate to the folder where the public
certificate (released by a Certification Authority) is stored, select it, and then click
Open
.

Click the
Save
button to save and apply the changes.

PEAP
authentication:
a Select
EAP PEAP
from the
Protocol
list.
b Enter valid credentials in the
Username
and
Password
fields..
c In the
CA Certificate
section, click
Browse
, navigate to the folder where the public
certificate (released by a Certification Authority) is stored, select it, and then click
Open
.
d Click the
Save
button to save and apply the changes.
