actuator pins (2 pieces) - 10 hours,
• connector pin at the head (1 piece) - 10 hours,
• connector bolt on the frame beam (1 piece) - 50 hours or once a week,
• gauge wheel rotation axle (rotation depending on operation), (1 piece) - 10 hours,
• actuator pins for the infinitely adjustable plough width - 10 hours.
Lubricate all lubrication points until bearings or friction surfaces are filled with grease.
Remove any grease residue. An excessive amount of grease causes dust and soil particles to
cling and clog. Markings indicate the points on the plough requiring regular maintenance,
i.e. lubrication.
5.2. Worn out components
All cutting parts (chisel, share, and mouldboard breast) should be used to the maximum
until where the cutting piece becomes level with the supporting component (coulter
standard shoe). In practice, these components should be replaced early on due to the
quality of the work done. The cutting parts (mouldboard, shin, skid) should be used until
their thickness is down to 5 mm.
