INSTALLATION
7.1 INSTALLATION
Die Installation des Ofens muss von qualifiziertem Personal Durchge-
führt werden, das über den Inhalt dieses Handbuchs Informiert ist:
es muss mit einer angemessenen Ausrüstung Ausgestattet sein und
die folgenden Vorschriften einhalten. Der Installationsort des Ofens
muss die Anforderungen der im Bauwesen, im Rauchauslass und in
der Lufterneuerung verwendbaren Normen erfüllen.
Alle örtlichen Ordnungen , einschließlich der Vorschriften, die sich
auf die europäischen Normen beziehen, müssen bei Installation
des Apparats eingehalten werden.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Raum für die Positionierung des Ofens
einen ebenen Boden hat und imstande ist, das Gewicht des Gerätes
zu tragen (siehe technische Daten).
Stellen Sie in der Nähe des Ofens wie folgt vorein :
a) Rauchabzug
b) Stromversorgung (nur für die Version mit Drehteller).
7.2 NIVELLIERUNG
Nivellieren Si eden Apparat , indem Sie eine Wasserwaage
auf die Backfläche (Bild A) aufsetzen. Führen Sie die
Regulierung durch, indem Sie Metallplättchen unter die
Füße des Stützgerüstes legen (Bild B) .

7.1 INSTALLATION
The installation of the oven must be carried out by qualified
personnel, aware of the content of the present manual
and equipped with the proper tools. The oven installation
environment must meet all the requirements of the laws
enforceable to the building industry, smoke exhaust and
change of air.
All the local rules, included the ones referred to the
European laws, must be respected when starting the
equipment up.
Make sure that the floor where the equipment is going to be
positioned, is flat and capable of supporting the equipment
weight (see the technical data)
Arrange the following uses near the oven:
a) chimney
b) power supply (only for the version equipped with
rotating table)
7.2 LEVELLING
Go on with the equipment levelling by positioning a spirit
level on the cooking top (picture A). Carry out the regulation
by positioning some metallic plaques under the supporting
frame feet (picture B).
