Impulse 400
The Impulse 400 model (movable
at any height) has a castor locking
mechanism for each axle which is
operated mechanically by means of
foot pedals. The foot pedals are lo-
cated left and right in the foot area of
the moveable frame.
The Impulse 400 model has two possible settings:
1. Locking of the castors
(foot pedal down)
2. Castors released 360°
(foot pedal up)
Impulse 400 LR 100
The Impulse 400 LR 100 model
(movable at any height) has a central
castor locking mechanism which is
operated mechanically by means of
a central foot pedal. The foot pedal
is located in the middle of the foot
area of the moveable frame.
The Impulse 400 LR 100 model has
three possible settings:
1. Central locking of the castors (foot pedal down)
2. Four castors released 360° (foot pedal in the middle)
3. One castor fixed direction (foot pedal up)
Caution! The Impulse 400 (LR 100) care beds
can be moved to any height position permit-
ted by the reclining surface. This should only
be done in exceptional cases and under the
supervision of care staff. The fixation of the
castors should subsequently be checked in
order to ensure that the bed is in a braked
position after transport. The occupant's safety
is the top priority!
