6 Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Before changing any blades, please press emergency stop and wait till the blades are all stop! Even
already turned off the motor, the blades may have inertia and keep running.
1. Clean the pressure rollers and the small roller on the bed from glue residues. Note: Before
touching parts with solvent make sure they have been cool down.
2. Check and clean the top/down trimming unit dust hoods residues. Do not pile the dust up.
3. Clean the sliding rods of the top/down trimming unit and the front cutting –nipper.
6.2 Lubrication
This machine only needs to lubricate glue spreader. Please check cha.5.4.1 for more details. Other
parts of the machine do not need any lubrication.
6.3 Fuses and Overload
To substitute the fuses, it is necessary to make access to the electrical box and proceed as follows:
Replacement of fuses
1.
Switch off the main power supply and position the main switch on 0/OFF and padlock it.
Disconnect the compressed air power supply tube
2. Open the electrical boxes
3. Replacement the burnt fuses A and backward repeat above operations.
Re-set of overload cutout switches
1.
Switch off the main power supply
2. Position the main switch on 0/OFF and padlock it
3. Re-set to ON the overload cutout switches B. It is important that a specialized technician check
this out.
