5 Operation
Change Buffers
1. Loosen locking screw A.
2.
Pull out the flange B.
3.
Pull out the buffers and remount a new set of
buffers (2) following mounting scheme in.
4. Assemble them all back.
Important!
When mount or adjust buffers, adjust
the buffer 2/3 forward to touch the work peace,
only 1/3 under the fence. This is to avoid rub the
fence too much and cause the buffer worming or
motor too hot.
5.9 Panel Belt Feeder
Pressure Beam
1. Unlock handle A.
2. Use handle wheel O to adjust the pressure beam
height according to the workpiece thickness
which can be read on the numerical indicator P.
3. Lock handle A tightly.
Adjust Belt Tension
1.
Open the pressure beam feeder, you will find a
sticker which guide you how to adjust the belt
tension.
2. Use an 8kg block to pull the belt.
3. The distance between the belt and pressure
beam should be less than 3cm.
4. If it is over 3cm, use two screw A to adjust it till
the distance is less than 3cm. Note: The number
of two screw A rotations should be the same.
Please check the belt tension after working for 30 hours.
