[3] -3A. Spiral bevel gear 6 and Spur gear 42 for DA330D
DISASSEMBLING
1. Remove Key holder from
Housing set.
2. Remove Set plates from Housing set
with small slotted screwdriver.
3. Remove Housing R
by unscrewing seven
3x16 Tapping screws.
4. Separate Gear housing section.
5. Remove Spur gear 42 together
with Spiral bevel gear 6 by tapping
Gear housing with a plastic hammer.

(1) Take out Spiral bevel gear 6 and Spur gear 42 as drawn in
Fig. 5
.
(2) Remove spiral bevel gear 6 as drawn in
Fig. 6
.

1. Insert a set of 1R022 between Spur gear 42 and Ball bearing 608ZZ. Then, push Ball bearing 696ZZ
with Arbor press to seat the bearing on Spur gear 42.
2. Remove Spur gear 42 and Ball bearing 696ZZ using 1R279 and Arbor press. Ball bearing 608ZZ
remains on Spiral bevel gear 6 after this process. The bearing is removed with 1R269.
