DISASSEMBLING

M10x130 Hex bolt

Cup washer 10

(2) Remove Safety cover section as illustrated in 

Fig. 3

(3) Unscrew M6x10 Pan head screw and remove Spark guard. 

(4) Separate Base section from Motor section as drawn in 

Fig. 10

.

ASSEMBLING

(1) Mount Motor section to Base section. (Refer to 

Fig. 10

)

(2) Assemble Compression spring 45 and Spring holder as drawn in 

Fig. 11

.   

Cup washer 10

1. Unscrew M10-17 Hex lock nut,

    then remove M10x130 Hex bolt

    and 2 pcs. of Cup washer 10.

3. Base section is now separated

    from Motor section.

Handle 120

(Vise handle)  side

While facing the notch of Spring holder to 

Handle 120 (Vise handle) side, assemble 

the holder to Compression spring 45. 

And keeping the above condition, put 

Spring holder onto M10 Hex bolt of Base.

2. Insert 1R003 into Pin 16-113 and open it fully in the pin to grip

    its internal surface. And pull out the pin while twisting them.
