4.8. DC (AC+DC) Voltage Measurement
1. Set the rotary switch to the VDC AC+DC Position.
2. Insert the black test lead banana into the COM Input Jack; Insert the
red test lead banana into the Positive Input Jack.
3. Connect the test leads in parallel to the circuit under test.
4. Read the voltage measurement on the LCD display.
