Step 2: Put power supply switch to ON.

Step 3: Check whether the power supply indicator of the front panel is
on.
If not, repeat step 1 and 2. If the power supply indicator is not on
after repeating the above steps, contact the agent.
Module Installation
Module Installation Steps
MP2800 series router adopts modular structure and provides the capacities
of configuring various interfaces according to users
’
requirements. The
installations of various modules are simple and convenient, as follows.
Installing MP2800 series modules
The steps for installing modules:
§
Choose the desired modules and interfaces (for the corresponding
relationship of modules and slots, refer to the interface table of the
back panel of MP2800 router).

Insert the module to slot. Insert the module circuit board into interface
card slot.
§
§
Push in the module close to back panel.
§
§
Tighten the screw.
According to the contrary order, you can dismantle the modules.

Before connecting sync/async serial, ensure the following two points:
