Front Axle Oil Change
1. To change the front axle oil, put the tractor on level ground. Put the
range lever in L, engage the park brake and stop the engine.

2. Remove the fill cap located on
the axle housing, the differential
drain plug located in the bottom
of the housing and the gear case
drain plugs located on the bot-
tom of both side gear cases to
drain the oil.
NOTE:
For best results, drain the
oil when the oil is warm.
3. Install the differential and both gear case drain plugs. Remove the oil
level plugs located on both gear cases. Add the recommended oil
through the fill hole until the oil begins to flow out of the level plug
holes. Install the oil level plugs and the fill cap.
