the last one) must contain binary zero.

Power Down Command (Wireless USB Reader Only)
Command number:

Description:
This command is used to power down the magnetic stripe circuit. If the
reader is running on battery only (no USB cable attached), the entire
reader is powered down. The behavior of the reader is exactly the same as
if the user had pressed and held down the User Switch for three seconds to
turn it off.
