Initialization

After the digits have finished displaying and the dot on the seven segment display is flashing, the receiver
has completed initialization.
The configuration provides an indication of if the unit is setup using the mapping via RCP (r shown) or a
HEX file programmed at the factory which does not utilize the RCP mapping (d shown). If the receiver is
loading the default values from the factory HEX file, then an L is shown on the display.
