Pre Gas Setting Mode (PrE)
When starting the welding process, the arc is formed before the gas flowing from
inside the torch reaches the welding area. This causes the welding to start without gas.
The start occurs in a spattered and deformed manner, with the pre gas duration, the
gas is activated before the arc starts with the set time and the gas reaches the welding
area at the time the arc is formed. By this means, clean welding takes place without any
spatters.
Setting range:
0.1 - 10 sec.
Final Gas Setting Mode (POS)
After the welding is finished, the welding pool will remain melted for a while. With the
final gas duration, the gas flow continues in the set time after the welding has been
terminated and gas protection is maintained until hardening occurs. By this means,
deterioration of material structure is prevented.
Setting range:
0.1 - 10 sec.
Burn Back (brn)
When the welding is terminated, clumping occurs at the end tip of the welding wire. By
means of the burn back function, the burning length of the welding wire is adjusted and
the clumping is reduced. This prevents the wire from sticking to the contact nozzle or
from sticking the wire to the material.
Setting range:
0.01- 0.5 sec.
2 Mode
As soon as the trigger is pressed, the welding starts and continues as long as it is held
pressed. Welding will also be terminated when the trigger is released.
4 Mode
Press the trigger once to start the welding process. There is no need to hold the trigger
pressed during the welding. When the trigger is pressed and pulled for the second time,
the welding will be terminated. By this means, the welder can focus on the welding
process more easily without fatigue.
