1. When you have finished working,
turn off the unit by moving the
switch to the "O" (off) position
and disconnect it from the power
supply.
2. Press the operating unit lock
button, turn the removable work
unit clockwise and remove it (fig 3).
3. Unscrew the ring nut and remove
the installed nozzles, the cutting
plate and the crossed blade from
the screw.
4. Remove the screw from the
detachable meat grinder assembly
and remove any food residue.

If this function does not help, unplug the unit, disassemble
the operating unit and clean it manually.
Disassembly, cleaning and maintenance
»
Wait for the moving parts of the meat grinder to stop before
disassembling of the device.
» It is not recommended to wash the removable parts of the
meat grinder in the dishwasher!
»
Do not use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or
aggressive liquids such as alcohol, petrol or acetone to clean the
appliance.
»
Do not immerse the device in any liquid, rinse it under running
water or place it in the dishwasher.
»
The cutting edges of the blades are very sharp and may be
dangerous. Handle them with extreme care.

5. Wash the food contact parts in warm water with a neutral
detergent, rinse and dry thoroughly.
6. Wipe the body of the meat grinder with a slightly damp cloth,
then wipe it dry.
7. Clean and dry the cutting plates and crossed knife and wipe them
with a cloth soaked in oil, thus protecting them from oxidation.
