Duty of notifi cation
Where it cannot be excluded that third parties are identifi ed in person, notices
pointing out the surveillance camera must be clearly displayed at all access routes to
the recording area. Passersby must also be informed that by entering the recording
area they consent to the images being taken and that if they do not wish to consent
to this, they can avoid being recorded by staying away from the area. It must,
however, be observed that passersby are off ered a choice. Where the surveillance
camera is, for instance located at a point which respective persons have to pass to
reach their destination (e.g. entrance to a sight) they have not given their consent as
they have not been off ered a choicer.
14. Warranty and service
Our service centre will be happy to assist you in case of problems with the operation
of the device or with any queries and problems.
The device comes with a manufacturer´s warranty of 3 years. Please see the enclosed
Warranty Card for details.
