Disengage lift cylinder stops.

CAUTION

Check to be sure all bystanders have cleared
the area.

m. Start engine, and activate HEADER DOWN switch

on GSL to lower header fully. Stop engine, and
remove key.

n. The M150 Windrower is factory equipped with A

Series header hydraulics and electrical harness as
shown above. Proceed to step p.

NOTE

If M200 Windrower is not similarly
equipped, go to step o.

o. If required, configure the M200 to run an auger

header by installing Kit B4651. The kit includes all
necessary hardware and installation instructions,
and should have been provided with the
windrower shipment.

p. Connect hydraulics and electrical harness as

shown in opposite column.

Propelled Windrower Header Unloading and
Assembly Instructions, or the A30S and A30D
Pull-Type Mower Conditioners, and A30S, A30D
and A40D Self-Propelled Auger Headers
Operator’s Manual for detailed procedures.

q. Check that hose support is positioned so that top

bolt is midway in slot, and lower bolt is in forward
hole. Loosen bolts, and adjust as required.

Ensure hose bundles are clear of tire.
