ing Average setting.

HYSTERESIS (DEADBAND)

1) Choose Hysteresis from the Set Up Transmitter and 

press Set button.

2) Use Up-Down buttons to choose L1 deadband within the 

display scale range and press Set button.

3) Use Up-Down buttons to choose L2 through L4 in the 

same manner.  Pressing Set button shifts the cursor posi-

tion to a next point.

4) Press Mode button to save the setting and exit the Hys-

teresis setting.

ALARM LATCHING

An alarm with latching option does not automatically reset 
once the alarm is tripped, until the setting is enabled, or the 
power supply is turned off and on.

1) Choose Latching from the Set Up Transmitter and press 

Set button.

2) Use Up-Down buttons to choose Enable or Disable and 

press Set button.

3) Press Mode button to save the setting and exit the Alarm 

Latching setting.

 

LCD SETTING MODE

Press Mode button for at least 2 seconds to show the Con-
tents and choose LCD Mode, and press Set button.
Once in the LCD Mode, you can move from one parameter to 
another by pressing Mode button briefly.
When all the setting is complete, press the Mode button for 
at least 2 seconds to return to the Monitor Mode.

DISPLAY CONTRAST

1) Choose Contrast from the LCD Mode and press Set but-

ton.

2) Use Up-Down buttons to choose an appropriate contrast 

in %.  Alternatively, press Set button to set the contrast 

to 50%.

3) Press Mode button to save the setting and exit the Con-

trast setting.

DISPLAY BACKLIGHT

1) Choose Back Light from the LCD Mode and press Set 

button.

2) Use Up-Down buttons to choose either On, Off, or Off 

Timer and press Set button.

3) If Off Timer is selected, specify also a time before the 

backlight is off from 1 to 3600 seconds.

4) Press Mode button to save the setting and exit the Back 

Light setting.

Whatever is this setting, a red backlight is maintained 
while the unit is in alarm conditions.

 

INFORMATION MODE

Press Mode button for at least 2 seconds to show the Con-
tents and choose Information, and press Set button.
Once in the Information, you can move from one parameter 
to another by pressing Mode button briefly.
When all the setting is complete, press the Mode button for 
at least 2 seconds to return to the Monitor Mode.

PROPERTY

This menu is for display purpose only.

1) Choose Property from the Information and press Set but-

ton.

2) Model, Firmware version, Serial and Tag numbers are 

shown.

3) Press Mode button to exit the Property.

TAG NUMBER (NAME)

1) Choose Tag No. from the Information and press Set but-

ton.

2) Use Up-Down buttons to choose a first character and 

press Set button to confirm and shift the cursor to a next 

position.  A second character can be entered in the same 

manner, up to 10 characters.

3) Press Mode button to save the setting and exit the Tag 

No. setting.

 

ALARM TEST MODE

The output relays can be manually turned on and off with-
out applying input signals for testing purposes.  While in 
this mode, the actual input signal does not affect the output 
relay operation.

1) Press Mode button for at least 2 seconds to show the Con-

tents and choose Alarm Test, and press Set button.

2) Press Set button one or more times to shift the cursor 

position to the alarm point for which you want to conduct 

testing.

3) Use Up-Down buttons to switch the relay on and off.
4) Press Set button to go to other alarm points and test in 

the same manner.

5) Press the Mode button for at least 2 seconds to return to 

the Monitor Mode.
