Diagnostic Telegram

To be able to diagnose the LION station during operation a diagnostic telegram 
has to be configured (set in the configuration file). 

The diagnostic telegram can be configured as process data publisher or UDP 
message data listener.

The diagnostic telegram has always the same length and structure, no matter 
how many I/O modules are connected to the bus coupler. 

The diagnostic telegram is set up as follows:
