3 Replacement LOCC-Box-Net without LOCC-Pads
It is possible to replace an LOCC-Box-Net in an existing configuration without using the software
LOCC-Pads.
Requirement is:
- Only one module can be replaced at a time.
- The module must be in the delivery state, i.e. it must have the node number 0.
- There must be bus communication.
Process:
1. Start bus communication.
2. Remove jumper combs and slide back the slide contact on connection 7.
3. Remove module

4. a) 716410: Set the rotary switch from current value (I) and characteristics (C) on the new module
(see
old module)
b) 716411: see point 9
5. Snap on module
– see picture
6. Close slide contact and reinsert jumper combs.
7. The new LOCC-Box flashes. If the On / Off button of the new LOCC-Box is not pressed within a
minute, it will not receive a node number. This is only possible after disconnecting and connecting
the new LOCC-Box again.
No communication is possible is possible during this time!
8. Switch the replaced LOCC-Box on and off using the ON/OFF button. This is necessary to adopt the
changed settings of the current and characteristic securely.
