Positioning the Motorhome
Keep to the roadways unless otherwise
directed. Adhere to speed limits. (Remember
that the stopping distance on grass is
considerably greater than on tarmac).
Only a person on possession of a current
driving licence may drive on the site.
Selecting a pitch
Do not pitch in such a position that your
Motorhome will obstruct others coming in.
Try to choose an area which is reasonably
level, dry and preferably with a hard base. If
you have no alternative but to pitch on a
slope try to ensure that you are facing down
the slope, for ease when leaving.
