1. Navigate to the Emails tab and tick the ‘Enable Emails’ box
2. Enter the IP address and port number provided to you from your
SMTP account
3. Under SMTP Server Access, type in the User name and Password for
your SMTP account
4. Type the email addresses of the recipients of notifications into the ‘To’
boxes underneath Email 1, Email 2 and Email 3
5. Type the email address for the SMTP server in the ‘From’ boxes
underneath Email 1, Email 2 and Email 3
6. Select the notifications that recipients will receive by ticking the event
boxes on the left underneath ‘Events that trigger email notification’.
7. Alertex specific events are: Alertex Activation, Battery Low, Code
Violation, and Missing CALLs
