There are no internal components that can be replaced by the client. Only the DMX outputs’ CIs can be replaced
by technician. In case there is a problem, we recommend getting in touch with Lumikit for the maintenance
procedures.
The components are extremely sensitive to electrostatic energy. Use proper protection.

When cleaning the interface, remember to disconnect it from the DMX line, the computer and the electric
network.
The interface can be cleaned with a cloth slightly moistened.
Wait until is completely dry to connect the cables again.

The Lumikit PRO X4 and PRO X4 RACK interface has a 12 month warranty. The network cable and the integrated
output circuits are not covered by the warranty, since they depend on client’s installation. An overload on the
electrical system (lightning, short-circuits and other issues) that may damage the interface is not covered by
the warranty as well.
