Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or
refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not
amount to a major failure.
All warranty requests for repairs or replacements must be accompanied by a complete “Warranty Claim Form” available from Lucci,
together with proof of purchase (and where possible, photos of the installation) and proof of correct installation if installed by a
licensed electrician along with a certificate of electrical safety and electrician license number must be provided.
In the event of a warranty claim, the goods need to be returned to the distributor/retailer for repair/replacement.
