ALARM. If the selected condition changes, the large
“STATUS” LED on the UHM lights
red and a Red Alarm button appears on the touch screen. See section 2.1
LOG. If the selected condition changes, UNITOUR generates an entry into the Log file.
The log can be viewed on the UHM or exported to USB as a text file for viewing on a
computer. See section 3.16.
SYSLOG. If the selected condition changes, UNITOUR sends a condition change
messages to a third-party Syslog server via the Syslog protocol. See section 3.22.3.
HOUSTON X. If the selected condition changes, UNITOUR sends a condition change
message to LSC’s HOUSTON X monitoring software via the ethernet connection. See
section 5.
Tap
SAVE
to keep the changes and exit. To discard the changes and retain the original setting
tap
EXIT
.

Set Date and Time
UNITOUR has an internal clock that is used for various purposes such as logging the date
and time of events and peaks.
The clock can be manually set or it can be automatically set by a network connection.

buttons to set the date and time then tap
SAVE

Alternatively, to automatically set the date and time by a network connection tap

NTP
. NTP (Network Time Protocol) is a networking protocol for clock synchronization over
networks. You can connect UNITOUR to an NTP server or you can create your own NTP time
server and run it on a private network.
