TIPS FOR EASIER PROdUCT TRANSFER
1. Always transfer food into clean containers designed to hold hot liquids. Deeper
containers will reduce the chance of spills, splashing and overflows.
2. Position the container directly under the kettle pouring lip and as close as
possible to that lip to avoid splashing.
3. Turn the hand wheel slowly and smoothly to control the pour.
ImPORTANT
: Stand
to the right of the pouring lip and safely out of the kettle pour path.
4. Use caution and wear hand and arm protection to avoid burns from splashing hot
liquids and contact with hot pans and containers.
5. If you want to restrict the flow of food solids during transfer, you will need an
OPTIONAL lift-off cover with integrated strainer.
NOTE
: If an optional cover was
not included with your kettle order, you can order one from your authorized LoLo
Foodservice Equipment Distributor.
