CHAPTER 5: Adding and Managing Devices
This chapter will provide step-by-step illustrated instructions for the user to:

Gather information about component type, brand name and model numbers for all a/v system devices
to be controlled by the Harmony remote (a spreadsheet, in PDF and Excel versions, will be provided
for the user’s convenience);
•
Add each device to the user account (if in database);
•
Add devices not in the database.
A subsection with examples of the devices in a
typical
controlled system would be helpful. This could be
a continuation of one of the examples provided in Chapter 2.
