1.  Preface 

Dear customer, 
 
Thank  you  for  choosing  a  LogicSP-2-1  /  LogicSP-2-2  motor  control  box  for  height  adjustable 
TV-Set Carriers from LOGICDATA GmbH. You have purchased a state-of-the-art product which 
complies with all safety requirements. 

1.1.  Appropriate Operation 

LogicSP-2-1  /  LogicSP-2-2  motor  control  boxes  must  solely  be  used  for  the  intended 
application,  control  of  height-  and  angle-adjustable  TV-Set  Carriers.  (Such  as  the  LiftBox™ 
system.) Use only motors that meet the specifications of LOGICDATA GmbH to drive the lifting 
column  and  for  rotating  the  TV-Set  Carrier.  (The  rotation  function  is  available  only  in  the 
LogicSP-2-2  control  box.)  The  control  box  must  be  installed,  initially  operated  and  functional 
tested  by  competent  personnel  only.  Use  other  than  described  above  is  only  allowed  with 
permission of LOGICDATA. The basic functionality is up/down movement of the TV-Set Carrier 
(doable with any LOGICDATA handset). 

1.2.  Functionality LogicSP-2-1 / LogicSP-2-2 

The  motor  control  boxes  LogicSP-2-1  /  LogicSP-2-2  offer  following  functionality  and 
performance characteristics (however, the practical applicability of these functions depends on 
the used handset and the connected motors):

Depending on the type of handset used, additional functionality (e.g. right/left rotation for the 
Rotation-LiftBox™) is available

1 or 2 independently controlled motors

1.3.  Audience and Previous Knowledge 

This user manual is intended for the following audience: 

 

Assembly  personnel:  Technicians  who  assemble  and  start  up  the  height-adjustable  TV-Set 
Carrier system (mount control box and motors, configure the control box, etc.). 

 

Furniture  assembly  personnel,  service  personnel,  which  puts  the  height-adjustable  TV-Set 
Carrier system into operation on site in showrooms or directly at the end customer's place. 

To put into operation, mount and configure height-adjustable TV-Set Carriers with the LogicSP 
control box, following skills are prerequisite: 

 

Basic mechanical and electronics skills
