4. Monthly check point and instruction of changing parts.
IMPORTANT
* Periodic check should held with complete parts break down.
* Before starting parts break down, please follow the instruction below.
* Down hook should have any load for checking.
* Down the chain until its chain bag hold 10㎝ of chain.
* Turn down the main power.
1. Brake of motor / Check every 6 months or when break slips.
* Way of disassemble the motor.
1) Unscrew the bolt and remove safe lock of brake assembly.
* Warning
Be careful of 1st gear, it could release which is connected with NO 5.
( Take out in a angle)
2) Take off bearing nut washer.
3) Bearing nut could be unscrewed.
4) Take off brake cover.
5) Remove rotor shaft.
6) Remove brake disc.
7) Unscrew the bolt to remove moving core.
