6. Road chain part
* Is a chain lubricated fairly?
* Isn't there any dead damage?
* Isn't it tied or twisted?
7.Push button switch part
* Isn't a case cracked or broken?
* Does a button work smooth and make comeback?
* Is it cleaned up?
8 Comprehensive checking up
* Check up if the push button moves the chain hoist in order
(Should move according to the directions)
* How long the hook sawing after a bush button stopped.
* Does a proof load work as the machine lift up and down?
*Doesn't it make any noise?
3. Notice for up-keeping and repairing
1. Before put a machine in order , hold up power for avoid slipping
2. Wear a crash helmet and safety belt to be away form any scratch or hurt by
burr or split pin.
3. To maintain the safety against the slip of falling, be sure to dress safety wear
up
4. For security reasons , set up a inspect station, a ladder, and work board.
