Chapter2. Notice for operating
1. Do not over load
Overloading is much the same as over speeding against the law. If the law regulate nothing
but the 80km/h engines, it might lessen the traffic speed violations.
However, It is almost impossible to deliver enough speed for a steep slant and even make low
the fuel efficiency.
This rule applies to the chain hoist. When a chain hoist is installed nothing but the proof load,
it might be absolutely safe. In the other hand, a motor easily comes to be heated and also
makes the fuel efficiency lower. No matter the chain hoist and the motor has spare to
overload, it is still dangerous as like the over speeding.
Be well aware of it and follow the proof load. A disaster throw you off your guard.
(2) Do not approach closer to the machine as long as the hoist is working. (It is
dangerous as far as the chain moves up and down)
(3) A worker should be away from the load as the hoist is moving right and left.
(4) Be attentive to the any dangerous elements to secure the safety and help the driver
to work in broaden outlook place.
(5) Rebuilding and reforming make the difficulties
(for the exceptional case, make inquiries to the service center)
2, Breakdown prevention (Safety lever)
Put the safety lever , which is under the lower
HOOK) in good order for an appropriate operations
and don't leave when you suspend things on a
hook.
3. Suspending from a hook (SLING)

Do not use the shortage capacity of lifting sling.
Check up whether it is damaged or not.
