4.Chain anchorage bolt / Check it more than monthly
(exclude for single chain)
End of load chain is connected to the arm in case of
hoist with double chains and is connected to the load
block plate in case of hoist with three chains over.
When chain anchorage bolt is inspected any deform,
weight of hook block and load chain shall not be
caused to hazards. Inspection of any deform shall be
safely performed on the ground after hoist is down
on the ground safety.
If you find any deformed chain anchorage bolt, please
change it into new one.(picture 9)
To set a chain stopper or load chain, they shall not
twisted.
5. Chain stopper / Check it more than monthly
* Check if the stopper bolts, nuts are loose monthly.
* The chain stopper in unloaded part should attach
itself to the third link from the end in unloaded load
chain. (picture 10)
*In case of Hoist with double chains, chain stopper is
equipped in unloaded part. However, Table 2 shows
the exact place to be attached from the end of chain
for connecting arm og hoist body
