7. MAINTENANCE
7.1. Servicing
DANGER
Danger of injury due to rotating saw blade!
Death or injury from rotating saw blade.

Maintenance and repairs may only be carried out whilst the machine is disconnected.

Maintenance and repairs may only be carried out by trained personnel.

The machine must be secured to prevent it being switched on by others.

Do not open the protective hood when the saw blade is still rotating
Cleaning
Do not use any sharp cleaning equipment as they may damage the paintwork.
Engine oil
Place a receptacle with funnel under the oil drain plug. Dispose of old engine oil with your disposal company,
in a proper manner and according to the environmental regulations. Refer to the operating manual of the
motor manufacturer supplied with each machine. The safety and maintenance instructions must be strictly
observed.
Lubrication
To grease the lubricating nipples only use quality grease which meets the specifications. The grease used on
the floor saw is “Energrease LS2 BP“.
Before every use Daily Weekly Monthly
Visual inspection for obvious
damage and defects
   
Thorough cleaning of
the masonry saw (depending on use)
   
Check the saw blade
   
Change the water in the water basin
   
Screw connections
Tighten all screw connections after 20 hours of service.
