Cross-cuts with the masonry saw 

 

 

 

DANGER

 

 

Removing and opening of the blade guard 

Death or injury from rotating saw blade. 

 

Do not open the blade guard whilst the saw blade is rotating 

 

Do not remove or open the blade guard or reach to the saw blade whilst it is cutting. 

 

This work may only be carried out when the saw blade is at a standstill and the drive motor has been 

switched off. 

 

 

 

WARNING 

 

Danger of injury due to rotating saw blade! 

By touching the rotating saw blade, clothes can be drawn in and cause amputation of limbs. 

 

Close the blade guard immediately after cutting 

 

Stop the fuel-driven motor and wait until the saw band reaches a standstill.

Release the lever (Item 3) and fold the stop (Item 2) upwards 

•

 

Cross-cuts can be made using the handle (Item 1)
