15. Guarantee
LIPCO products come with a guarantee against factory or assembly
defects.
The guarantee concerns the replacement of demonstrably defective
parts.
The guarantee period depends on the legal situation in effect at the
time of delivery of the machines to the customer.
In case of repairs being carried out within the guarantee period, the
manufacturer has to be consulted beforehand.
It should be pointed out that the right to claim under guarantee is
only possible after the damaged parts have been evaluated or sent
back.
The part complained about must be sent back together with the
filled-in application for guarantee.
The guarantee does not cover the following cases:

if the original structure of the unit was modified by the customer,

if spare parts other than original LIPCO spare parts were used,

in case of operating errors,

when the machine has been used in excess of its allowed power
limits,

when the equipment is not used in compliance with the
instructions stated in this manual,

upon non-observance of the instructions given in this manual
