Do not remove radiator cap or expansion
tank cap while engine is at operating tem-
perature. Always allow engine to cool before
removing radiator cap or expansion tank cap.
Cooling system is under pressure. Failure to
allow engine to cool before opening cooling
system could result in serious injuries.

Notice
Wipe inner diameter of filler neck or expansion
bottle with a clean shop rag to remove any coo-
lant residue.
1. Insert adapter.
2. Expand adapter. Hold the bottom knob, rotate
the top knob of the adapter clockwise until rubber
fully engages the interior wall of the filler neck.
3. Pull up on the adapter with reasonable force to
ensure it holds firmly in place.
4. Attach pump.
5. Operate pump to achieve system pressure.
6. Observe gauge and inspect for leaks.
