Locate the two ‘out’ tubes labelled
‘Ovarian Artery’

Select the blood outlet tube

Attach both connectors at the ‘y’ end of
tube to both of the ‘out’ tubes

Attach both of the ‘in’ tubes from the uterus
(uterine artery) to the connectors on the ‘y’
end of the blood reservoir

Half fill the blood reservoir with blood

Tip the blood reservoir until the blood has
pooled at the end nearest the outlet to the
uterine artery tubes.

Open the white clip on the tubes connected
to the ovarian arteries and place a cup under
the open end.
