Before the product is used it is recommended that simulated blood is added to increase the

Carefully remove uterus from attachment
points around the perimeter

Locate the cardinal and uterosacral ligaments
in the lower part of the pelvis (there are four
ligaments in total, two either side)

Carefully remove ligaments, disconnect by
gently pulling from the connectors

Remove vagina end from perineum
