USING THE CONTROL PANEL TO OPERATE THE WAVER MICRO
1. Power Button:
Power the Waver Micro on and off. The control panel will
light up and the Waver Micro will enter standby mode. The default mode is
manual mode; the screen will show “88”.
2. Program Mode Button:
Toggle through the 3 preset programs (P1–P3) and
manual mode (88).
3. Display Screen:
Shows selected program 88 (manual mode) or P1–P3
during standby mode. During a manual mode program, alternates between
time, or speed.
4. Time/Speed / Buttons*:
During standby mode, use the buttons to
increase the time duration for a manual mode workout, from 1–10 minutes
in one-minute increments. After the manual mode workout begins, use the
buttons to increase/decrease the vibration speed, from level 1–30.
5. Start/Stop Button:
Start the selected preset program or manual mode
workout. Stop the exercise at any time.
6. Remote:
Infrared receiver for the remote control. For best results point
the remote control directly at the receiver from no more than 7 feet away.
7. Speed Indicator LED:
The LED lights up to indicate that the value shown
on screen is the current vibration speed.
8. Time Indicator LED:
The LED lights up to indicate that the value shown on
screen is the time remaining in the workout.

2. Speed ^/ Buttons*:
Once the manual
mode workout has begun, press the
buttons to increase/decrease the
vibration speed, from 1–30.
3. Quick Speed Buttons (10, 15, 20)*:
Once the manual mode workout has
begun, press the buttons to quickly
change vibration speed to level, 10, 15,
or 20.
4. Quick Program Buttons (P1, P2, P3)*:
Quickly select a preset program,
P1–P3.
5. Time +/- Buttons*:
With manual mode selected, use the buttons to set a
time duration for the manual mode workout, from 1–10 minutes, in one-
minute increments.
6. Start/Stop Button:
Press the button to start the selected preset
program or manual mode workout. Press again to stop the workout at any
time.
7. Mode Button:
Press the button to toggle through the 3 preset programs,
P1–P3, and manual mode.
*Speed and time cannot be adjusted for preset programs.
MODES
Standby Mode:
The Waver Micro is powered on, but no workout is in progress.
Program Mode:
Choose from three preset programs: P1–P3.
Manual Mode:
Set your own workout duration and vibration speed.
