Confirm before reporting the failure of Robot Cleaner.

The power supply cannot
be turned on.

The power supply automatically
turns off.

This is not a failure. Robot Cleaner has its own power saving function.
If it is not used for ten minutes after the power supply is turned on,

The Robot Cleaner will not charge.

Check whether the main power switch is turned on.

Remove objects around the home station. (Page 15)

Confirm that the power supply is connected to the home station. (Page 14)

Wipe the charging terminals with a dry cloth.
