Intercom Features

T mode regardless of the assigned ICM

2. Intercom signal mode will not affect the voice

announcements from internal/all call paging.

INTERCOM STEP CALL

Description

When a station receives a busy signal after

placing an intercom call, the user can request a
call to a different station by dialing only the last

digit of the new station number.

Operation

To use Step Call when receiving intercom busy

tone,

If the next station to be called has the same first
digit as the called busy station, dial the last digit

of the next station.

INTERCOM TENANCY GROUP

Description

A station can be assigned to one of the system
Intercom Tenancy Groups. Each Intercom

Tenancy Group can be operated independently

and the stations in the group can be assigned
an individual CO group to use. Max. 5 for LDK -

24 Intercom Tenancy Groups can be assigned

in the system.

Each group can be assigned with attendant and
can be programmed to allow or deny calls to

other groups (allowed access groups). Stations

in a group are allowed access to other stations
based on the allowed access of the calling

group (setting with station base).

Admin Programming

Intercom Group Number (PGM 111-BTN 13)

Intercom Tenancy Group (PGM 120)

Condition

1. When a call to other Intercom Tenancy Group

is denied, pick-up cannot be activated.

2. It is not allowed to stations to have the same

station numbers though they belong to
different intercom tenancy group.

3. The attendant of ICM Tenancy Group can be

any station in the system and it is not
affected by ICM Tenancy Group access.

4. When the attendant of ICM Tenancy Group

sets Day/Night/Weekend mode, it will affect
only the ICM Tenancy Group.

INTERCOM TRANSFER

Description

A station can transfer an intercom call to the
other station. A transferred intercom will not be

recalled.

Operation

To make unscreened intercom transfer,

1. Press the

[TRANS/PGM]

button. (The

intercom call is placed on exclusive hold.)

2. Dial a station number to receive the transfer.

3. When hearing ringback tone, replace the

handset.

To make screened intercom transfer,

1. Press the

[TRANS/PGM]

button. (The

intercom call is placed on exclusive hold.)

2. Dial a station number to receive the transfer.

3. When the other party answers, announce

the transfer.

4. Replace the handset.

Condition

1. It is possible to make intercom transfer in

SLT and WHTU.

2. The transferring party may be reconnected

with the original intercom call by dialing the

intercom station number, pressing the

associated {DSS} button or pressing the
