RFDC OUTPUT is abnormal.

Check the cold soldering for

the IC601 pin 63, 64.

If it’s OK, replace IC601 (AK8563)

Check the cold soldering

for the IC501 pin 141, 105. If it’s OK,

replace IC501 (CXD3011R-1)

Is FOK “H”?

(IC501 pin 105)

Go to “FOCUS Servo is unstable”

Is MPXO (RRF) output normal?

(IC601 pin 64)

Does IC604 operate

normally?

Replace IC604 (EL2245)

Check the cold soldering for the

R203, C272 around IC202 pin 81.

If it’s OK, replace IC202 (MICOM).

Is RRF output normal?

(IC601 pin 63)

Is MPXO (RRF) input normal?

(IC202 pin 81)

Check the cold soldering for

the IC202 pin 81, R203, C272.

Is A, B, C, D output signal

of Pick-up normal?

(CN601 pin 9, 10, 15, 16)

Go to “Laser is abnormal”

Laser Power Output = 1.0 mW ?

Check the cold soldering for the area

between Pick-up connector and IC601.

If it’s OK, replace IC601 (AK8563)

Check the connection of Pick-up.

Connector and the open of FFC.

If it’s OK, replace Pick-up.
