Are the pin 4

and 1 of CN303 +5V and +12V

respectively after the power

cable

connecting?

Reset or Power Check.

(Check it after connecting the power cable only on interface cable)

Check the power short.

Check PC power cable, power

supply and fuse.

Replace IC851 (3.9V Regulator).

Is the pin 4 of IC851 3.9V?

Are the X201,

X202 and X501

oscillating?

Does the pin 63

of IC202 change 0V to 5V at

the power supply initial input

mode?

YES

Is the pin 4 of IC102 3.3V?

Replace IC102 (3.3V Regulator).

Replace X201, X202 and X501 when
the power supply of IC202, IC214
and IC215 is OK.

Replace IC202 when the IC101
(RESET IC) is OK.

Repair PC power supply.

No Reset or No Power ON.
